Writing Center sessions are available online in Summer 2026. Writing consultants are available to work with you online (tutoring via video chat), or asynchronously (Feedback-by-email). A white space on our online scheduler means the tutor is available for that time slot.
Writing Center tutoring is a FREE service offered to all PNW students and staff. Consultants can offer help with any assignment for any course or other writing, such as scholarship applications. Our consultants are happy to work with writers during any phase of the writing process, even if you don’t have any writing yet. You are allowed to make up to three appointments per week. Appointments are scheduled in 30 minute increments. Writers may schedule up to three consecutive 30 minute increments for either a 30 minute or 60 minute session. Writers will receive an email message afterward from the consultant summarizing their session.
Peer Consulting is based on respect for all members of the PNW Writing Center community (consultants, writers, and faculty). Both writers and consultants must abide by PNW’s standards on academic integrity and civility code. Consulting is a privilege maintained by both Consultants and Writers who uphold these standards.
